FAQs

➡️ No. Just don’t even try. It might look or smell like food sometimes, but it’s not. 

➡️ We currently process and ship your order within 3-5 business days from your purchase date. This does not include weekends and major holidays.

➡️ Orders should arrive 3-5 business days after shipping date. 

➡️ We provide a slime care kit with every order. This includes a slime care card, and a teaspoon of Borax to make your own activator.

➡️ Orders of 4 or more slimes include a little thank you gift.

➡️ We do our best to fill our slime jars accurately but sometimes deflation or accidental air pockets may cause the jars to arrive slightly underfilled.  

➡️ All of our slimes contain PVA glue, borax, and glycerin. Slimes may also include food dye, pigments, lotions, skin safe fragrance oils, instant snow, plastic snow, polymer clay, cornstarch, or glitter. 

➡️ We don’t recommend our slimes for people who are highly sensitive to fragrances or any of the ingredients listed above.

➡️ Our slimes are currently made in our home. Although they are NOT edible, we use food safety practices for keeping production hygienic. But our home is not allergen free.

➡️ If you have any questions or concerns about allergies, please email help@seadragonslimes.com before purchasing.

➡️ Not only are our slimes non-toxic and safe for kids, but they are actually made by kids! We have been making slime with our children for more than 10 years. BUT, parents are responsible for supervising their children with slime.

➡️ Slime should not go in the mouth, and can cause damage to fabric or wood. Please supervise your children during slime play. Sea Dragon Slimes is not responsible for how children handle slime.

➡️ We’ve all been there. The good news is, vinegar actually melts the bonds in slime, making it easy to rinse away. We mix white vinegar with warm water and soak whatever has slime in it. Use 1 cup vinegar in a full bath, or 2 tablespoons in a few cups of warm water for smaller spot treatments.

➡️ Because slime is a perishable product, we cannot process returns, refunds, or cancellations after an order has been shipped. If the order has not been shipped yet, we can provide a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.

➡️ Oh that’s tough. The same return policy applies. Please reach out to your credit card company. Sea Dragon Slimes is not responsible for kids using their parent’s credit card without permission.

➡️ If you ordered with the wrong address, please email us immediately at help@seadragonslimes.com. If the order has not shipped, we can update the address. 

➡️ If your order already shipped with the wrong address, you can attempt to redirect your package with USPS Package Intercept.

➡️ Usually, packages with incomplete addresses will be returned to us. We can ship your package again with a new label and an additional shipping fee.

➡️ Sea Dragon Slimes is not responsible for packages returned or delivered with an incorrect or incomplete address.

➡️ Sea Dragon Slimes is not liable for packages once they are given to the US Postal Service.  Our store policy does not allow for giving refunds or replacements on items we have handed over to USPS.

➡️ If you think your package is lost or stolen please contact your local US Post Office. You can start by creating a help request with USPS.

➡️ You should definitely receive your package within 10 days of the shipping date. If it has been more than 10 business days since your package shipped, contact your local US Postal Service to get more information on where your package is.

➡️ Email us as soon as your package arrives at help@seadragonslimes.com. Include a description and photo of the damaged slime. If the item is still available we will send you a new one. If not, we will issue you a store credit for the value of the item. 

➡️ You must inform us of damage right away, no more than 5 days from the delivery date, for us to be able to provide a solution.

➡️ Email us as soon as your package arrives at help@seadragonslimes.com. Include a description of what items you’re missing. If the item is still available we will send you a new one. If not, we will issue you a store credit for the value of the item. 

➡️ You must inform us you are missing items within 5 days of the delivery date for us to provide a solution.

➡️ We are unable to support International orders at this time, but hope to open to International customers as our business grows. Please join our e-mail list to be notified when International shipping is available!
